Frequently Asked Questions

1. How to Create an Account

You can create a new account online automatically by using the create account feature. Click the Create Account link located above the right hand side of Preferences section of your Account Information page. You will be asked to enter an email address, a name and a password.

You can also have an account created by including your e-mail your name. You will need to create a password to protect your account. You will be notified immediately by an email once we have set up your login name and password to validate your identity.

Please Note: In order to protect the user information stored, we will not store you password. Make sure you remember your password. In case you forgot your password, you may have to reset your password to a new one.

2. How to Change a Password

Click the Change Password link located above the right hand side of Preferences section of your Account Information page. You will be asked to enter your new password. If your are not logged in you will asked to login.

Please Note: To protect your account, make sure your password is memorable for you but difficult for others to guess. Preferably you should not use the same password that you've used in the past, and do not share your password with anyone. Best practices we found, your new password should be a minimum of six characters long. A good password contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters (remember that your password is case sensitive), numbers, and special characters such as $, ?, and *.

3. How to Reset a Password

You can get a new password, at least you must know your email address the one you used to create your account with. Make sure to provide the email information you gave during registration or when you last updated your account. Without the correct verification information, you will not be able to obtain a new password. A new password will be emailed to your email address.

Please Note: Once you receive your new password by email, we recommend you change your password to a new password you know. The passwords resets are automatically generated and are hard to remember.

4. I Can't Login

There are several reasons why you can't login.

Set your CAPS LOCK key correctly. Passwords are case sensitive (meaning that "John," "john" are not equivalent), so be sure to keep this in mind when entering your password. Also Sign in with the correct account name (your email address). Make sure that you are using the correct account name when signing in to your account. If you have forgotten your account name, you need to recover you account name using our support.

If you're still having problems, please request a new password. After you receive your new password, you can change it.
